Expectation Hurts, Do not promise what you will not do

Hello everyone, How are you ?

Well you have already read my topic for the hour 'Expectation Hurts, Do not promise what you will not do' . It is self explanatory right? Well, i will just say a few things to make up with what you already know.

Every single day, alot of people get upset, feel disappointed and make so many drastic changes and decisions which they might regret later, and this is because someone or something which they 'expect' to carry out or offer a particular thing for them did not show up.

This is the typical situation. In ladies, this situation can be worsened when their visitors come (mood swings). Expectation is what hurts the most.

Take for instance a couple that just separated because of whatever reason, they are hurt not because of the separation, but because of the expectation they had for eachother, which looking back to it now, hurts more. Expectation comes with having a mental image of how you want or feel things will go. The more the expectations, the more hurt you get once it does not come true.

Advice to the men : For a lady to really love and trust you completely, always be honest with her, and do not ever promise to do anything you know you have not intentions of keeping, this is very bad.

Now, explaining this to you , you can now understand why some people commit suicide after a breakup , because the whole mental expectation comes rushing into their head , reminding them it didnt work out, being so overwhelming that they had to take their own life to get over it. In the next article, i will be exposing 'the secrets to overcome Hurt' as i believe that will really help you .
